Make time for summer!

June 9–July 21

As if Bloomington isn’t already fantastic enough in the summertime, get ready for an array of great music to celebrate easy living, front porches, and the lyric of a song floating on a summer breeze.

From swinging jazz to chamber concerts to orchestral swells or carillon ringing, there is truly something for everyone at Jacobs this summer.

Following last year’s success, Professional String Quartet Studies with the Pacifica Quartet and Atar Arad head up a program that will bring two international quartets to town: The Hangzhou Quartet from China and the Erinys Quartet from Finland. Look for these concerts amidst scores of others.

Following on the heels of Granfalloon and alongside summer programs at IU Cinema and Eskenazi Museum, as well as summer music in Bloomington, keep checking the schedule at Jacobs for free concerts to add delight to your summer plans.
